The Ferris program involved girls from Ferris University in Japan coming to stay at Rosemont over the summer to take English classes and learn about our culture. Rosemont “interns” lived with the girls and helped them. I was a. Intern for two summers in a row. I still talk to many of the girls through social media. I even visited Japan a few years ago and met up with 8 of the girls while I was there.
