Ofelia Garcia Named as New President of Rosemont College-Letter to the President

A mostly biographic piece written to showcase the accomplishments of President Garcia, published in the Rambler. An article meant to announce the ushering of a new era at Rosemont. A well to do, and well rounded member of society and before her stint as President of Rosemont College, was the President of Atlanta College of Art. 

A letter from the head of the Rumbler subversive to the new President of the College Ofelia Garcia, stating that there is no hard feelings and reiterating the purpose of the Rumbler. That is isn't a hatebook, that its not going to be there to speak out against her as a whole, but rather if I student does feel that way it will be an avenue to speak out in.
